Mostly, a thing called “Compassionate” or “Nonviolent Communication”.
And what the heck should that be?
It’s a set of skills and understandings aimed at creating empathy and heart-to-heart-connection even in the most difficult of circumstances. It’s being used in mediating conflicts all over the world and has proven to be one of the most effective and sustainable approaches to solving conflicts.
Sadly, you cannot drink it in a potion.
But you can learn it. Watching these Videos is a good starter. 😉
